epba

The Ephrata Premier Baseball Association (EPBA) equips EBA travel teams from the 10U Jr. Midget-Midget level through the 19U American Legion program for on-field competition. We work closely with the Ephrata Mounts HS staff to prepare our younger players for participation in the high school baseball program, as well as offering opportunities for continued development throughout each player's high school career.

We have teams in 3 different leagues, Lancaster County Youth Baseball (LCYBL), Lancaster County Midget Baseball, and American Legion Baseball.  We are proud to be an integral part of Ephrata baseball’s growing tradition of success on the diamond!

Participation Policy: After evaluations and/or workouts, you may be notified that your player has been selected for LCYBL (travel) Section 1 (10U, 12U, or 14U).  Please read our Participation Policy.  This policy is optional for other sections in LCYBL.  Your coach will let you know the expectations when selected.

10U LCYBL Travel Teams

Following player evaluations conducted each winter, the top players are further evaluated to identify candidates for our 10U travel teams. These teams compete in the Lancaster County Youth Baseball League (LCYBL), with roster sizes typically ranging from 12-13 players per team.

12U LCYBL Travel Teams

Following player evaluations conducted each winter, the top players are further evaluated to identify candidates for our 12U "Midget" travel teams. These teams compete in the Lancaster County Youth Baseball League (LCYBL), with roster sizes ranging from 11-13 players per team.

14U LCYBL Travel Teams

All EBA players in the 13/14 age group compete in the LCYBL 14U "Junior Midget" division. After a series of evaluations, including input from members of the Mounts HS staff, roster invitations are extended for each team. Unless circumstances dictate otherwise, we enter teams across all  3 sections offered by the LCYBL.
